Raya Decoration In Shopping Malls

I went to a few shopping malls last weekend to see if the Hari Raya mood has kicked in (Raya decorations). Although these malls are located in 3 different areas, I found common theme in the decorations: kampung houses and shady coconut trees.


Mid Valley Megamall:

A kampung theme decoration in conjunction with the coming Hari Raya celebration in Mid Valley Magamall.


Wooden fences are added in to give life to the backdrop.

Sunway Pyramid:

This year Sunway Pyramid is having Travel Back In Time To The 1960s for Raya festive season.


A scooter with the kampung house background to exude a nostalgic touch.

Actual bicycle used for vendors to cycle to sell Kuih-Muih.


The centre court in Sunway Pyramid shopping cantre has been transformed into a traditiional KTM railway station with a wooden ticket counter complete with carved wooden tiles, a verendah and fairy lights.

KLCC:
There was not many Raya decoration in KLCC.


Hari Raya Aidilfitri is just around the corner now! I would like to wish all Muslim-Musliman friends Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri! Maaf Zahir dan Batin!
