Super Noodle House 新香港粥面家

Located at the entrance of the busy shopping mall - Sungai Wang Plaza. This restaurant eventually became the busiest restaurant! Everytime when i pass by this restaurant, there are many people queuing for their seat to be served. The exterior of the restaurant had a very strong Oriental influenced decor with Chinese pavilion themed trimmings painted in ancient courts' colourof red & green. The warmly lit interior is simple with a long mirror pasted on one length of the wall to give a spacious feeling.

Specialised in traditional Cantonese food such as Roasted Meats, Noodles, Porridge, Dim Sum & 'Tong Shui"

Mom had Tomyam Seafood Fried Rice

Joanne had 荔湾艇仔粥

杂果西米露. Very nice!

I had Dry Curry Green Noodle. Very common. I can get a better one in any of the normal restaurant. Not nice.

Overall Rating: 3/5

Service: Poor. I guess it was because too many customers to attend. I've ordered a glass of warm water for my mom. It took about 15mins for them to come back to us.

Purple Cane Tea Restaurant

This is my second time dining in Purple Cane Tea Restaurant in The Gardens, Mid Valley. You may recognize the brand, since Purple Cane specializes in Chinese teas in most of the shopping malls. The special thing about this restaurant is they use Chinese tea/leaves as part of their cooking ingredient. Joanne is suggested to take mom to go to this restaurant again for lunch on last Saturday.

Here they served green tea rice which is slightly brown in colour as the rice is cooked in brewed tea. Bits of tea leaves aew also found within the rice grains. No taste of any tea involved except for the colour.

Thai Beancurd, very nice!

Fried Abolone Mushroom with Chilli. I love it so much.

Fish Fillet with Oat.

Service: So-so, most of the staffs are serving good service, but few i noticed not so friendly enought.

Old Taste Ipoh White Coffee

If you are a white coffee lover, i am sure you've noticed that Kopitiam has been mush·roomed all over in the country. Me, Steven & Minny wanted for a 'lepak' so we ecided to go to Old Taste to check out what is good there since it's very near to Minny's house.

This is Old Taste White Coffee Cafe. Isn’t it so similar to old town?

Cozy, enjoyable & tranqui environment. With a cozy, WiFi ready environment plus a cuppa white coffee, you will even wanna spend the whole night long here. Power supply is just attach against the wall, so that we can recharge our notebook PC anytime when the battery run low. Minny was enjoying her Farmville on Facebook! :P

Butter Kaya Bun. So so only. I prefer Kaya Butter Toast.

Honey Lemon Iced n & Milo Iced. I love their Honey Lemon Iced.

Arabian Delights Choco-Date With Almond

This is a very special and chocolicious chocolate from Dubai. Everytime Steven goes there, he sure will get it for me. It's about RM30 per half a KG. This Arabian delights choco-date with almond is selling like a hotcake during or before Ramadan!

Green Tea Kit Kat

I love Kit Kat. Especially those imported from oversea. I was very impressed when given this by a colleague whom just came back from Japan. It tastes good, but i can't taste much green tea in it. Overall i still love it.

Breakfast @ Asia Restaurant

Breakfast with mom & Joanne at Asia Restaurant on Sunday morning. This is a very famous restaurant for Laksa in town! Very well known in Seremban. It has been opened since a decade ago.. :P And now still pack with customers everyday, especially during weekend. Everytime i go back to Seremban, i wouldn't miss this Laksa.

Joanne was rushing out, so she ordered steamed bread with Kaya & butter.

Me & mom ordered Laksa. Very nice! With 'tou fu pok', egg and 'char siew' mixed in the soup.. Yummy! Best to eat with the homemade Sambal Chili!

Dinner @ Sabi-Wasabi Japanese Restaurant

Me and Steven went to Sabi-Wasabi Japanese Restaurant in Bukit Tinggi for dinner on last Friday. He was told by his friend that this Japanese restaurant served good Japanese food. And it's true, we like it so much and their price is affordable too! :) We ordered not many food, as it was already quite late when we reached there. I will definitely go back again. :)
