The Pan Mee here is very different Pan Mee that i had in other places. Here you can have mix Pan Mee (Normal Pan Mee + Carrot Pan Mee + Spinach Pan Mee). We called it as Yin Yong Pan Mee. Me and my mom has ordered Ying Yong Loh Pan Mee, RM5. The dough was chewy and not overly thick.
The gravy was thick, rich in favor and not too salty. Prawns, vegetables, slice pork, foo chook, mushroom and black fungus will be added. I have discovered something special about this Pan Mee is even soak it in gravy for long enough, the noodle still chewy like before, it won't become soggy. Remember to add black vinegar to the gravy and eat with their chilli which not too hot but sour and sweet.
Joanne ordered a Sizzling Hot Plate Pan Mee. It tasted good as well! Joanne prefered the Longevity Noodles in her sizzling hot plate. I took a bite, it was spicy and they added dried chili. Mushroom and chicken also added in this Hot Plate Pan Mee.
